Jen Taylor does, but Steve Downes puts on a voice. He actually sounds quite young without his Master Chief voice...

If you read the books, you'll see that when John first suits up with Cortana, she acts as the interface through which he can control the armor. She translates his impulses into data that the suit can understand. When she's "out" there is a subsystem left behind. Basically, the armor is Cortana's bitch whenever she feels like it. :) Poor chief.

Finally: Wicked comic Zzombie. Always a pleasure to read them.
