I'm sure everyone knows this already, but that is NOT the Arbiter's real name. I just made it up. As far as I know, his name hasn't been revealed. And even if it has in some obscure little bit of minutia that I managed to miss... Let's just use our I-M-A-G-I-N-A-T-I-O-N.

Actually, it's Thel 'Vadum. The Elites may drop the double 'e', but they always have an apostraphe at the start of their surname.

Sorry, Zuka...

The Arbiter's name is not Zuka 'Zamamee. Zuka died in the end of the book. It was pretty clear. He got shot several times, blasted with a grenade, had his spine snapped and was engulfed in a nuclear firestorm.
However, The Ghosts of Onyx does mention the name of one of the arbiters, though not specifically THE Arbiter. That one was Xytan, which I believe is the Arbiter's real name, although his "last" name eludes us.

Xytan is NOT the Arbiter's name...

People are saying that Xytan is the Arbiter's name. IT'S NOT. After talking about Xytan for a little bit, the narrator mentioans that the Supreme Commander of the Fleet of Particular Justice(The Arbiter) never returned from the "glorious mission" the Prophets sent him on. Read the book again, and look at that page.

I thought he was Orna Fulsamee or something weird like that. It's been a while since I've looked up my Halo geeky lore. Whoever the Supreme Commander of the Fleet of Particular Justice is the same guy as our (not-so-favorite) protagonist.
